Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Displon's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Orders and Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proforma invoice and the required deposit payment.

Standard production time is 15-25 business days after design approval and deposit receipt.

Displon ships worldwide via sea freight, air freight, or express courier.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Displon provides a 3-year structural warranty on all display cabinets.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.

Displon's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

All designs created by Displon remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
